This declaration of covenants, conditions, easements and restrictions for Lake Pointe, a subdivision in Flathead County, Montana is dated October 25, 2005.  It is made by Rocky Mountain Recreational Communities, LLC, a Montana limited liability corporation.

Lake Pointe Design Guidelines (Updated December 2024)

The primary function of these Design Guidelines is to provide this community with the necessary tools of regulation that will enhance the natural beauty of the development and simultaneously protect future use and property values.  Questions and correspondence pertaining to these Design Guidelines should be addressed to the Design Review Committee.
